[REQUEST]Look here

Ok i have absoulutly no idea how to mod id love to learn{so tell me how to get started} I was also gonna ask if u guys could increase the rate of fire on the m16a3. I no it can be done because i am using the lightsaber mod and the patcher made the m16 unbelievably faster but i dont like the lightsaber so if any of u could just make the m16a3 faster and leave the light saber out lol.
