So i'm only running like 20-30fps in rotmg
I play in steam and use orape
I have a GTX 960 and a gpu that's running at 4.1ghz
I've tried fullscreen and windowed [shouldn't (doesn't) make a difference with my gpu and cpu]
I have tried to increase fps using whatever nilly posted in a different thread by using the program SWiX. The fps is limited to 24 in the .swf file but when i try to change it to 144, 120, 60, 30, and 25, it just reverts back to 24.
I tried to decompile the .swf and succeeded but couldn't find how to change the fps.
All of this has proved inconclusive and i'd like to play at a higher frame rate.

Anyone have any answers?
