Serurity Question

So I have a problem, there is this account I just got today, and I have no idea what the security question/answer is.

I was wondering if there is any way to get that info?

I need it cause I want to change the email on the account via support.

u need old SQ and date of birth i just got scammed today or the person u buyed/traded with can retrieve it easily

The one who gave it to me has no info at all of the account.
I found the email easily in like 1 min but for the rest... also when I click the link to update the SQ and BDay, it says it haven't been updates so.

thats the problem, I dont have the email password.
and to change the email, I need the sq

I don't think there is anything you can do about it, try using the z8games password for the email.

my friend said the email wasnt theirs :/

then u have no proof of the account how could FAQ help u

if you cant log into the email and you dont know the SA then there isnt really a way to change the email
