Need help with console
So I ordered a PS4 from eBay, it was guaranteed to be working etc, however it came defective and I didn't have to return the item, got a refund eventually
Basically what the problem is it that when I turn it on, sometimes it just beeps and nothing else, and sometimes there is a blue light for 1-3 seconds then it turns off. I would really appreciate it if someone is able to give me a solution. (I tried 3 different power cables)
