K-Relay guide

So i've been going through some k-relay guide online but I could not find any. I've downloaded k-relay and have no clue what it is and what it does, can someone post a guide or teach me how to use it? thanks

The program is basically just a proxy that lets you do amazing stuff to RotMG. The program connects you to a proxy server that connects to the real server (aka: US East), and then has plugins that allow you to do different things. Such as /tp <name>, event notifier, auto ability etc.
