Something like a SpeedHack

What is the point of this? All you have to do is change host_timescale (you can write memory but might as well just use sv_cheats 1 as it won't work online anyways) - you can see the fps drops as the fps calculations are affected by that (if you change host_timescale to 0.5 you will get your fps doubled)

Yeah Speed hack in Mulitplayer is not possible, or will give you untrusted

No point even having a speed hack, if you're trying to show the hack of then sure but if you're trying to hack without being noticed then why use a speed hack?
You will just get OverWatch banned in a day.
