If you mean paid then Minecrafted is the cheapest server host at $1.99 per GB of RAM. It really depends on what you want the server for. If is a public server then another host might be cheaper (because of public server requirements) and if its a private server, for you and a couple of your friends then its Minecrafted.

Try notch-hosting, their ping is great and low prices. They give you alot of features too.
IF you want a truly great and cheap one, go with nitrous hosting...I bought 4gbf for around 50$ per 3 months and I got ddos'ed 3 times....all been foiled by their anti-ddos protection. They give you a mysql storage and mumble hosting equal to your slots. Did I mention that you can redeem their 45 day trial for buycraft and enjin unlimited times?

Thats SO SO EXPENSIVE! 4GB for $50????
If you want to spend that much, why not go with the best hosting company, McProHosting. Super great support, provides ddos protection, deffinately a cheaper, has mysql,, has auto back ups, has a great online ftp (if you're into that), so many server locations to pick from, great ping, you can easily move your server location or get a new IP FOR FREE and they give you free trials of enjin and buycraft unlimited number of times.

Dude if you're going to spend that much, McProHosting is the way to go. Its what I used when I hosted a server for 2 years!

Let me make that clear
Its was 50$ for every THREE months. Not one month. It was in australian dollars too so do some division.
Also, mcprohosting is terrible..have you seen any of the REAL reviews? They may have a ddos protection, but their downtime is a lot. Customer service is crap and all round is a bad company to get a server host with.

I've been with MCProHost for 2 years. The customer support is actually great, I don't know where you get its terrible. It use to be even better back in the day with live chat. The ping is great! My server was located in California (I live in Australia with shit internet). I even bought multiple servers from different companies to test out the ping and MCProhost was always the best. I had around 19-27ms from them and my TPS was ALWAYS 19.98. And in the 2 years, my server has never gone down to DDoS. Its gone down due to my faults. And maybe once or twice it went down for an 10 minutes for server upgrades but other than that, MCProHost is one of the best and most reputatable server hosts. They just charge a lot.

Also I'm pretty sure its a 1 time fee for dedicated IP, because I only paid for it once.

CubedHost is good server wise. I'm not to sure on their prices compared to the prices of other services, though I can assure you that their servers are great quality.
