Problem with amazon

Hello guys i want do some order from amazon ,but i have big problem. I choosed free shipping by amazon but in last steps in ordering its saying something understadable for me .. Why they want pay for shipping ? How can I deal with that ? Can somebody help me ?

@debbe your font is horrible btw. try maybe change size of that i really cant read that , i must take on my glasses to read it , also really thanks of explaining that problem

That's because it is from .co.uk to somewhere outside of the UK. Shipping and import fees are different.

The 'Import Fees Deposit' is because it is from US to Europe. Order it on .co.uk.

Use the correct amazon

Contact the amazon support, they will help you with your question !

Free shipping is only for Amazon official sites {US,CA,UK etc..},
when there's no match of what you're searching the engine will start removing choices u put

just contact them and get a refund for the shipping
