WTB$550 Amazon refund

Order was shipped in two packages, but neither were signed for. It's about two and a half weeks old now. No refunders reply to me on Skype, or reply a few times and then vanish. Don't add or message me if you don't have publicized experience refunding orders. Don't tell me to go to one of the refund topics, I've tried probably all of them.
