Refund after cheating
What happens if I refund CS:GO after I gifted it to my smurf account, and used cheats on it. (Only played for 2 hours)
The money would get sent back to my steam wallet and I could just create another account and repeat the process right?
(Assuming the smurf account would get VAC/Untrusted, because I used rage settings.)
You can't get refunded after getting banned.
