This is just a nif file, it's NOT A HACK.

You need to have your own totalitem scan and paste code or totalitem dll.
And what you rename this file and where you place this file depends entirely on
what is inside your TotalIten file (dll method) or scan + paste code (suspend method)

i dont know how to make and besides the guide abt making it is so complicated ..
