Alternative Method :
1) Right Click on NCS.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Run as Administrator ( While BlackShot not running . )
2) Run BlackShot Normally join a game.
3) Minimize BlackShot > Run NCS.exe
4) Put your finger on Alt and F4, when You saw NCS popped up press Alt and F4 immediately.
5) Enjoy .
