steam pin code

Hello guys , i had a steam account that i didn't want anymore so i wanted to trade it . anyways , i liked cod black ops 3 so i wanted to trade mine in exchange of it , i ended up scammed cause the account was pin coded , so if there is anyway to bruteforce the pin , bypass it or disable family view without it .
P.S the account owner ( the scammer) can change the pass any minute but he didn't i don't know why , so i would apreciate if you find me a solution fast
