Any cheat can get you banned by a staff member/CAC (Only anti cheat I had to bypass to use my cheats) If you're worried about VAC don't be, VAC is a front to scared skids into not cheating. There is no VAC on gmod.

@Hunter Just would like to mention that it only works for blacklisted modules, but not sure if you can get banned manually.
