Apple Refund Question PLEASE HELP!

So I have an iMac coming in and I just have a few questions:

1. What are the chances Apple blacklists the computer down the road? Like a year from now they just randomly blacklist it. It's weird how they don't blacklist it when it's refunded.

2. Is there any chance of legal trouble?

1. I've never heard of this being the case where they randomly blacklist an address, account or piece of information on the account (ie credit card). A blacklist most commonly occurs after an account investigation so unless in that year time span you did a ton of refunding and caused a cis email, there'd be no reason for you to receive a blacklist.

edit: re-read but still think above information is relevant. They can't "blacklist" the computer. It's a rumor that's going around that Amazon has been taking the serials and basically sending it to their manufacturer ie sony / Apple to have the device locked but it's bullshit. It won't happen and the above information pertains to this as well.

2. Nope. Look in the Marketplace on anyone's refunding threads. No one has ever been in legal trouble.

Ok but I bought my iMac straight from Apple. You still don't think the iMac will get blacklisted in the long run? It's going to be my school computer so I cant afford to lose my schoolwork!

I would recommend Fuji Skype: ******seyla_sadness_happiness_1 has a lot of vouches in his thread and my go to guy.

Since his Skype name is slightly weird, just add whatever I write on the second line.
