Need someone to do Amazon refund, £700 2 items.
I need an Amazon refund for 2 items, a TV and a phone, both were in the same order, but arrived at different times. One guy has tried, and told me that the rep said a refund has been issued, however I've waited over a day and still nothing on order details on amazon.co.uk, and no email from a rep either. The guy has stopped replying now as well, so making it hard to figure out whats going on. Anyone got any idea whether I just need to wait? Or can someone else do the refund for me?
