NEED help

PLEASE help me i want input DLL he out this.....>>>> The DLL you have selected, "nightRaidMultihalk,dll" requires "MSVCP110D.dll" in order to work properly,but you are running Windows Xp which does not support it.please notify the creator of the Dll to build in Release mode with Xp compatibility......please help me..... i want ask something what mean this ""please notify the creator of the Dll to build in Release mode with Xp compatibility""

It doesn't work for Windows XP
only Windows 7 and above (until Windows 10)


Side Note: I didn't know people still use windows XP
