Removing wanted level with Tuneables?

I'm using cheat engine and a CT from here and its working pretty well but I just can't seem to figure out how to either. 1) not get wanted in the first place or 2) remove being wanted once it's acquired.

If it helps any the options I have in the CT so far to edit are:
LOSE_WANTED_LEVEL_(1-5 there are multiples)_CAP
WANTED_LEVEL_BAIL_MULTIPLIER

Instead of tunables you could just edit it directly.

Tunables are basically just a list of values like multipliers, min/max values etc. They don't contain current values like your health, armor, wanted level, etc.

If you want to change those, with cheat engine, you'll have to edit them by using the address.

I'm not at my desktop atm so i don't have the exact offsets but you can probably find them using Google.

It's something like world -> local player -> player info -> wanted data. I think.
which results in something like
worldptr + 8 + 1088 + offset to wanted data
