Update 2.1 Anti-Cheat Improvements
For the hacking community and hacking for online on Rainbow Six, Ubisoft has released v2.1 for R6S
They claim to have increased cheating security in Miscellaneous fixes:
Online improvements:
Improvements on cheating countermeasures.
From now on, when players are banned, a notification in the combat log is broadcasted to all players currently playing in public matchmaking for all platforms.
Improvements on automatic data center selection.
This means that hacks may not work and you can be banned; again use hacks online at your own risk!

you're a patch late lol, that stuff was implemented with patch 2.0.
