The handle will be one order. If you want any other parts/ accessories that will be a seperate order. Like charger, travel case etc.

Depends on the Airfryer. The higher model ones are usually refurbished. The lower ones are usually brand new in box but that's not guaranteed. Pasta Maker is always new in the box with all accessories.

Just finished up Flengo's order, I sent him order confirmation. Same amount per address would be 1-3 but can be more if you have different names and can make slight changes to the address to alter it.

US for sure, possibly CA. I tested CA with Flengo, just not sure how long it takes to ship. But I got confirmation for his order.
