The problem is that I have AVG anti-virus and does not allow the Per-X program.

Yes its dangerous to disable the AV but you cant change that.

just turn off your resident sield(from avg interface) and have fun !

Yea what he said , open avg and look for resident shield, the one with the small shield with a blank file behind it (note: that is the description of the picture)
Open Resident shield, below where is say's resident shield settings , there should be a box with a tick in it , untick the box and save, now after you've done the hack , you can go back and turn resident shield back on
