Some Weird Table Stuff

Hey so i have been working on private servers for a while now and have been able to use xampp with the help of tutorials(I have no experience with mysql at all before this). And so I have been using it for a few months and its been working fine and a few days ago i was trying to import a new table and this happens every time i try to import a new database.

I import the table and it says its successful but it doesn't appear. I have tried looking up answers for this, but i have no idea how to do what there saying. Can anyone explain how to fix this in a simple way?
