how would you set it to make the liberator purchasable

Well, I can tell you positively is not working at all

So i partially understand how to use this and from reading the rest of this thread, and others, i can see how it could work... but i can't get it to work XD.
So i do this:

2408 = 100.0

and i name the file tunables_races.ini, i then run the exe file type in the name of the ini i want to use (races) but when i complete a race, my cash isn't multiplied?
Any help would be appreciated

I also noticed i receive an error "assertion failed" so idk what's happening

For me it's working. Make sure you pressed any buton after writing the .ini file and pressing enter. :-)

I dont know if it does matter, but i run the .exe and turn on the multiplier after launching the race

Ah thanks, I'll try running it when inside a job

Whenever I try to launch the TunablesEditor.exe application, I get an error message saying:

"This application has failed to start because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

As far as I see this isn't the type of application you install and I also don't know what MSVCP140.dll is(I'm kind of a noob when it comes to these things) so I am not sure what to do here. If anyone knows what this is and/or how to fix it, it would be much appreciated.

MSVCP140.dll is an application extension in your system32 folder. From the looks of it, it seems you don't have it. I suggest searching around the internet for a reliable *RELIABLE* source for this .dll

Do i do the "Click any button" before i start the race or when im in it?

I found a clean download of this file which I installed. After trying again, it would seem that I am missing quite a few things such as most of Microsoft Visual C++.

This aside, that did solve what the application was looking for, just now there are more things to go fetch from the internet.
