No recoil Cheat Engine

Yulu can you help me to get the norecoil in cheat engine ?

I always search for a sequence that contains 99 99 9E, if 9E would be the recoil and value of 62, 65 and change to test in a room ok!

Note: Some weapons do not have this sequence but 9E yes
