How to mod?

hey can sombody tell me what programs i need to mod? because i have a really good idea but i wanna try it before sombody else does? also are the programs free because i dont wanna spend money on them.

what type of modding?

moodel changing = rezXtract and RezInject

changing the design of the gun = rezXtract and DTX convert, and DeDit and rezinject

Don't double post stealthyopp1 and maxiscool90 there is tuts stickied and if you want you can pm a good modder to teach you. Anyways just remember to post in good section next time (mod discussion)

ok so ummm can u guys please post some links to download the stuff i am looking to mod some guns like make ak 47 and famas shoot really really fast and have quick reload i wanna change the model of the law stuff like that

thanks i owe you one? oh yeah will i get banned if i get mods from this website and put just add them all togeather to make a super mod or that u can download them with 1 link? instead of some people looking for hours to find some mods?
