VCRUNTIME140D.dll missing. it's 140-D not just 140. any ideas?

I don't know about what is Minion and anything at all.
But I think those who want to become Minion or join Minions for Next year Despicable Me 3 movie or you loved banana.
I think applicant should elaborate and explain in detail on the reason why you want to become Minion?
And then your capabilities, achievements and records.
Then the decision maker can choose the right person.


When I interview on job applicants for my Department, three things

1st Why you want to join.
2nd How much you know about the position applying for and why you think you will get what you are looking for or you want from here
3rd Why you think you are best suitable candidate for this position and what are the benefits for us from you if we gave u this position
4th What are you expecting from us or any Request you want to make
5th If you are rejected, what do you think the reason why you got reject from us


Some not really related for this I didn't mention coz this is not job application
But at least with those information the person who will make decision can choose the best candidate for his need

Some people they might not have much experience or very skillful in many things or has very good records
But sometime we choose that person because his reason of why he want to join and his interest in this position
He might not be too good right now but it is only matter of time he will out perform the rest


It should not be like you apply because some people said you can get that position or you should try or anything else
That's why you apply. So it is like do you really want to do / work as this position? Are u really interested?

And if you are really interested then why you feel it is ok if got rejected?
It should be if you want to reject me, please consider giving me a chance to prove to you that I will definitely improve in very short period.
So it should be like you are fighting for what you want.
If its like give it a try then I always used to tell those people don't try to waste time.
If you think this is not really what you want, you should give this opportunity to those who really want and fighting for it.


So when you send application, it should tell to the person who will receive your application very clearly of
- What you are applying
- How much you know about that
- Why you apply
- What you can do and plan to do if you got
- How much you decided to make commitment on this
- What you expect from them and what they can expect from you
- How can they make assessment on those information u gave to them are true and accurate

Game Crash in moment of injection ?
Game crash after some minutes ?
Inject hack but not work ?
Or u cannot inject due errors ?
Ur PC is 64 ?
