Club Source problem

I wanted to change the texture for the crown in club source. All went normal but, when I started the client the texture remained the same on the character select menu and it only changed when i entered the game, but when i restarted the client the old texture remained in the character select.

if you had it on ur character before changing the texture, that may be why, have u tried deleting the char/putting it on a new char?
