I don't think so, and if there are then there not that big. the only one is if you have money in your bank and 0 in your pp balance and someone charges back then it takes it from your bank.

From what I know, yes there are no risk.

Most people only will trade with verified paypals, that is also a positive to get it verified.

I don't think there are any cons. Unless you are under 18, they'll freeze it until you are.

Well there is a con when you sell stuff on ebay the money gets delayed... but I guess that's on ebay.
Also another con is if you decide to transfer money from paypal to your bank it takes like 3-5 days... (but I think this is just regular paypal in general)
Otherwise no con really... When you pay or receive money through paypal buyer/seller does not have access to your information. If you use paypal a lot, you should just verify it. No harm in doing that.

Seems like you're planning to do shady business with the account, if you're going to use it for legit reasons then how can there be any cons?

I'm gonna be using it for selling stuff on ebay and for my Bitcoin exchange. nothing much other than that. is there anyway that my information could get stolen? just scared that my information might get leaked or stolen LOL.
