Skype

Okay, so I have a school laptop that they allow you to take home, and my current computer is being worked on so I have no way to talk to anyone im buying from or people im selling to. Is there anyway that I can bypass the schools filter and get on the web Skype? Or even download it? and do you guys think that its worth it to download it and risk getting in trouble? I have around 100$ in sales right now that I need to respond to on Skype. Open to everyone's suggestions and option's. And if anyone knows any web proxys that can help me out I would love you <3.

This doesn't work, I cant download Skype because it blocks the site, and when I go on this and try and use the web Skype it just times it out.

At my school there isn't any way to go on Skype using their internet, I just use my phone for Skype if I really feel like going on it.
However I can go on MPGH on the school internet (with my friend's university login for the internet).
