Billing address confirmation Amazon

Hi, I've been trying to place an order on Amazon for a while but every time I create a new account I received Amazon address confirmation, I used different payment methods, addresses and IPs but every time I was unable to buy on Amazon. How can I bypass it? Can I use VCC like Neteller or Entropay or any other to avoid this block? If yes must my billing address match the one on the (Neteller/ Entropay) account? So far I only used my local credit cards (both virtual and plastic) and they all failed.

Call your bank and maybe try say to them, that you changed houses for temp just like 1-2 week and maybe they can change it for you, I say 1-2 weeks because they may ask you for a proof of resident if you say I changed houses.

Switch your billing to a relatives who lives relatively close to you.
