WTBAmazon refund service (.com) (will pay $100)

Hi, so im needing a refund done if possible. I had someone on here attempt it and I ended up getting an email saying a report needed to be done... The guy was saying its best if I got someone that will call and do the refund. The item is a bit over $700. There is also a second item thats about $300, if that one can be done also, that would be great. Both items came in at the same time.

Im willing to pay $100 ($50amazon/$50btc) if someone can get this done for me. But you must call as it seems that will probably be the best bet.
