[REQUEST] Can someone make the M16A3 to a PP-19?
Yes. I am requesting this because I have used the search but the file that the person who did mod it is corrupted. So can someone else do it or Pm me an outside link?

P.S Please don't say mod it yourself because the tools that I need to mod cannot start up.
