Tutorial for using cheat engine

Would like someone to post a tut on how to use cheat engine with spawning cars and what not, video would be the best option.

Doubt anyone will.. Why don't you try searching for the stuff? Or, even better, try hacking it yourself?

You can't spawn cars with CE.

Yes you can. It isn't very efficient and you can't drive the DLC vehicles because of the safety feature they added, but you can still fly a cargoplane and such.
