LinGon has updated his trainer after I notified him (which presumably uses the DLL inject method), so I use that when I want unlimited health and specials for easy gaming, but still rely on yours when I need quick and sweet rep. The two uses the same set of activation keys so they can't be mixed and matched, though.

Yes i use LinGons' trainers a LOT , he uses a method with DLL injections ( like you said ) and I do not know how to make DLLs or find information to create them for specific games or programs. I actually found a method once per match / round , you can restore health once , maybe if i find a base address for a thread in-game, i can edit the health back to 100 each time you are hurt.

Also, if i cannot fix this external hack, i will create just a basic score editor with some fun options

The infinite clip ammo needs to be disabled at the end of a game, press the F3 or F4 keys whenever the game ends then it will not crash the game.

Does anyone know how to see players' IP addresses after the 'IP protection update' from a few days ago? I've been seeing people being dos'd plus someone dos'd me todays, so it seems like it's still possible. Any clues?

This is not really the thread intended but yes, you need a packet sniffer.
i will not be giving help on this due to it being illegal and committed as cyber-crime.

( also packet sniffing the game is difficult because of RainbowSix.exe is hidden by packet sniffers )

you can attack someone via Cheat Engine as in their name and crash everyone's game but this will result in a permanent ban

I've just created a method of rewriting the original health address and its opcode, the health stayed the same. It did inject it just did not edit the health. There may not be any possibility to edit health

Please talk to LinGon if you can !

Yes, a standalone score editor with a different keyset would be just what I needed - please make it available if you have time!
