Recently, many users were scammed because the "scammer" had lots of "vouches"
and the "vouches" were from new members who had less posts.
This new rule will hopefully prevent Fake and Self Vouch.
The Voucher must meet the requirements for the vouch to be considered Valid.
Requirements:
- Must be registered for at least 1 month
- Must have at least 5 posts
- Must be active in the forums
If these requirements are not met, the vouch will be deleted.
