Wtf is this ?
Can anyone explain how did this happen ?
I sent someone money on paypal but in euro , the money is reduced from my balance but the guy did not receive the money and I do not see the trans in my recent activity or any mails .

Yo same thing happened to me today. Sent euro, money left my account but other person never received. I called PP and they said my funds remained at $63, even though my balance showed $53. They said wait 20 mins, i did but nothing changed

Just contact pp and explain them the problem they will fix it

Happened to me today aswell, phoned paypal they told me to wait 40 minutes but so far still nothing.

Bro this just happened to me and I was trying to pay my bills. My power is getting shut off tomorrow if I can't get these funds, some1 help!

Incase you didn't know, PayPal processing payments is actually down (Not sure if it still is, might be up now). But I didn't receive any payments last night, they all came through around 6 hours ago in one go. Worthy to note that PayPal royally fucked up and didn't admit to it.

If you google "Is paypal down" it'll come up with a graph of complaints, you'll be able to see it spiked at the time you posted this thread.
