Totalitem bypass

Anyone can tell me why totaliten cannot work for me ?
I already press the hotkey and change the texture to mid or low . But it still not working .

A lot of people here have this problem, hope someone comes up with a solution soon, I'm also trying to fix it

For some ppl the suspend method wont work, try use recent versions of totalitem bypass in DLL in main section.
