So if I get some source code files for some hacks and use this to compiler it, the hacks will be undetectable?

You should be more safe using this than not using it. Still, you shouldn't use a cheat on any account you don't want banned.

I've been using it on my main, no issues.

"First you have to generate an exe using the loader for instance "PolyHack_RT.exe".
Now you can protect "PolyHack_RT.exe". Where is this PolyHack_RT.exe?

What is a valid hack file? I have my code and solution ready. I archive it into a zip (the entire folder) and use it.

How about you read the "For Developers" part which tells you EXACTLY how to do it.
