can anyone tell me which one i need to download i download the Visual Studio Community but polyloader says could locate the path...

yeah i saw the link and i downloaded and installed visual studio community one but like i said polyloader says couldnt locate the path what should i do ?

edit : now i fixed it some internet site told me to modify the installation and install c++ and i did but now im getting this error message :/

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC\bin Look here for cl.exe

@xxgsliemrexx the problem is not with polyloader, it's with your compiler. You seem to be lacking windows.h which is very strange. I suggest you do a reinstall

Mhm basically, make sure you are installing the windows SDK and the correct C++ components!

i just reinstalled it but nothing changed it took a lot of time again and having same error :/



can you tell me which ones i must pick ? im picking only visual c++ i thought its only one necessary thing.

This is great and all, But i really hated how there was little instruction for the visual studio, first i downloaded the community thing on the front page and waited almost a half an hour before i tried to open polyloader only to find out it was the wrong one. So i realized that i was supposed to download 2013 for windows desktop so i went to the downloads section and found 2013 express for windows, which my eyes locked onto so i downloaded that one only to find out i was supposed to download the one that said express 2013 for desktop. So much fucking time wasted, i'm a bit sad.

The video in the main post tells you EXACTLY which one to download, couldn't be clearer.

It's not a problem. You should be fine with just the C++ extensions, however you seem to be installing the 2015 version, if you want polyloader to find the path automatically you need 2013, otherwise you'll need to manually set the compiler path to "%your2015installpath%/vc/bin/cl.exe".

yeap i already done that if i didnt i couldnt even press the compile button and ok now im gonna try to install 2013 version im downloading this https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=48131 i hope its the right one

edit : yeap 2013 worked fine you may wanna change your download links because its redirecting to 2015 version
