SolvedHelp me ~HackedClient+Optifine~

Hello, My name is Drawra, i have a problem, how to instal Hacked Client + Optifine ? without OptiFine my minecraft not leave the black screen (New versions 1.7.1 + ) T-T Help me please, Skype for help > Drawraanna <3 Thank you

There are lots of clients out there that come with Optifine installed. Most of the big ones have it, but if your going for a ghost client, you just install it like normal mods
