I have a question.
I put the .rez file into the game folder of combat arms, deleted the old one, yet the mod doesn't show up in game. Any ideas on what's going on? If my post is vague, I could explain further, I guess.

Flame Shield : off [on]
Troll Repellant : cabinet [sprayed on thread]

You have to place all the .rez files in alphabetical order
