Issue with botting programs?

Hey guys, I've been facing a problem regarding bots such as Le Bot and Carbon as of late.

The problem is that on my main account, I'm no longer able to accept drops such as Gem of Nulgath and Voucher of Nulgath (non-mem), and if the built-in bot tries to accept them, the bot will disconnect from the game.

However, I tried testing the exact same bot on an alt account and it was able to accept the drops without facing any issues. I used the same class and setup for both accounts, but ultimately my main is the one that gets disconnected when it tries to accept the aforementioned prerequisites.

Does anyone know of any solution or has anyone faced this before? I'd appreciate all the help that I could get.

Can't remember exactly but I remember someone bringing up a very similar problem a little while ago.

Nope, this is the first time I'm posting about this, and yeah I remember that as well. I tried using the search function to look for that topic, but couldn't seem to find it anywhere on here.

There's so many things it could be, the only way would be to identify differences between the accounts.
I know it sounds basic, but I have to ask, is your bag full on your main? That can cause disconnects.

I have 150 free spaces on my main, so inventory is not an issue. It has something to do with when the bot tries to pick up gems and non-mem vouchers. I monitored the bot and it only disconnects when it picks up the two items.

If you are using the default bot in Le Bot or Carbon, try making a new bot in the manager. If you already have a custom bot, try removing those items from the list of items you will accept. Then just monitor it for a while and try picking them up by hand. See if it is only when the bot picks it up.

I actually had this happen to me before, the items we're actually in my bank. The bot would accept the drop but then would later disconnect. Try checking your bank

Check you bank if it has the item, if it doesn't have the item check you bag if it says "x0" beside the item in you bag. If it does the only way to fix it is by selling/deleting the item. This happened to me when i was boting for legion tokens.

@axtreckkkk, has your problem been fixed? Let me know if it has.

The issue is still there, I can't seem to get it fixed either. Tried all of the suggestions above and in my other topic.

have you possibly botted those specific quest items too much? Do other quest items drop? Can you get them manually without botting?

Yeah, I've had to resort to manually stacking the mana energy 13 times and then turning them in. Every time I use bots to bot, the game disconnects me when it attempts to pick up gems and non-mem vouchers.

Have you tried another version of Le bot or Carbon?

Happened to me once before(with Totem of Nulgath) and using an older(or updated maybe) version of the botting program worked.
