Hello dear MPGH members,
I wanted to ask you guys if someone could search for the Skill Cooldown Values, because I'm not a pro in the use witch CE. I know some things, for example how to change RPM or Reload Speed, but thats all.

pretty sure u cant edit that
skill cooldown is serverside so don't bother finding them,it's unchangeable.
There may be some cooldowns that can be modified; for example the reload time, or crafting time.
As far as skills, that will be server side.
