Missing DLL errors for other users

When I make my StarHack, I use Visual Studio 2013, seems ok and I debug the hacks flawlessly. However, when I compile the hacks and release them, other people have DLL errors.

Is there any fix for this, it may be simple things, I know the coding, I just don't know the IDE I suppose.

If they get an error with *d.dll missing, stop compiling in debug mode and compile in release mode.
