[Help] Photoshop

Does anyone have a working photoshop download? I tried Adobe CS4 Extended and it doesnt work with modding cuz an error message pops up saying it cant open the file. I put in the plugins and it doesnt work. I think i might have put it in the worng folder or somethinhg. Can some one tell me where to put the plugins? like ex. C:\Users\______\.........

Place msvcrtd.dll and msvcirtd.dll into your Photoshop Folder (plugin needs them.) DO NOT place them in any sub-folder.

C:/Program files "i think"/ adobe/ photoshop/ plugins


Take DTXFormay.8bi and place DTXFormat.8bi in your photoshop plugins file formats folder.

C:/Program files "i think"/ adobe/ photoshop/ plugins/ file formats

MOdding doesn't work for me ethier , i have photoshop CS3 full vers i did the plugins too but wont work so i gave up.
