COD 4 Wallhack/Multihack? (Visual Studio)
I just need some help learning how to create any type of COD 4: Modern Warfare hack 
i dont know much C++/C#
i dont know much C++/C#So you expect someone to give a lot of his free time, in which he could be learning and doing his own things, to you? Just without knowing you or anything?
It doesn't work like that. There are plenty of tutorials. And wallhacks aren't actually that easy, they require good knowledge not only of C++ but also of D3D. You will have to learn to make hooks and what not more. I'm not at that level yet myself. So if you REALLY want to learn those things it's going to be dedication and time. If you just want to learn to create hacks because of acknowledgement OR because you want to cheat in some specific games, then you won't make it.
