Max skills

Is there anyway to max all skills like Stamina, Driving, Shooting? Thanks

yes there are two ways to do it, i mean you can just max out the skills by playing legit or using mods menus (little risky)
To max out Stamina, Just start running in free mode or in missions,
To max out Driving, Just keep driving/perform wheelies or play races,
To max out shooting, Kill lot of enemies in missions
To max out strength, start Gerald's mission and punch NPCs
To max out stealth, start Gerald mission and press stealth key (Ctrl on keyboard) go near NPC and punch
To max out flying, go to flight school complete challenges and start flying different kind of air craft as much as you can

Or if you are too lazy to do that just buy a private mod menu and max out all the skills
