Why mods doesnt works for me?

Hi, i downloaded a some mods, and injected to a game, i started a game, and the mod doesnt exist (all normal), i deleted all copys of CA and tried again, again nothing. Please can someone help me, i wanna have some mods ;/

when u inject in to the game folder check for wat u have injected like AR_GUNS.Rez when u injected something new it changes to AR_GUNS.RezNew delete the new bit at the end ect
