Can you make so you can toggle "noflash"?
What's the best thing to do to avoid VAC bans with pub releases? Are these pub hacks safe until the next update? Like it won't be possible to be VAC banned if it's proven undetected and CS:GO hasn't update yet?

The hacks should be safe for a couple days, VAC updates separately from CSGO so you could be VAC'ed even if CSGO didn't update.
VAC can't ban you if they haven't detected the hack yet, but you may still get one if you used another cheat in the past that they detected and then banned you

You can use this hack for maybe 1-2 days, (i'm not sure) as long as VAC does not detect this or updates the game you can safely use this hack on you own risks. But be safe!
