I need help

I messaged an admin, but the message didn't come through. Am I allowed to have a trusted member of the community read my thread? I suffer from a reading disability which makes me skips words. So I missed some rules when I posted my first thread. My friend said it would be fine, but apparently not. Am I allowed to post my thread somewhere for an admin to check as I don't wan to miss anything or break any rules?
